Remote E-commerce Assistant (Customer Service & Listing Management)
We are looking for an experienced, reliable remote assistant to help us manage our stores on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Facebook. This role is a mix of helping customers and keeping our product pages in great shape.

What you’ll be doing:

Helping Customers: Responding to messages, handling returns, and solving order issues across all our platforms.

Managing Listings: Monitoring our product pages to make sure the info is correct and making quick edits to descriptions or photos when needed.

Keeping Us on Track: Making sure we respond to everyone quickly so our "seller health" stays perfect.

What we’re looking for:

Prior Experience: You must have worked on the backend of Amazon, Walmart, and eBay before. You should already know how these platforms work.

Great Communication: You write clearly, are friendly to customers, and pay attention to the details.

Problem Solvers: You’re comfortable jumping in to fix a listing error or figure out a shipping issue on your own.
