Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in customer service, daily store operations, and Shopify management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience responding to customers, creating Shopify stores, managing product uploads, and optimizing online store performance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and utilize pre-written responses to assist customers effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
> Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer support tickets promptly using our pre-written templates and SOPs.
> Order Management: Address order-related queries, including tracking updates, product issues, and returns, following company protocols.
> Team Collaboration: Liaise with other team members to complete additional tasks as needed.
> Shopify Management: Creating Shopify stores, managing and uploading products, ensuring accurate listings and seamless integration.

Qualifications:
> Proven experience with Shopify – including store setup, customization, and product management.
> Ability to create, edit, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality images.
> Knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and integrations to enhance store functionality.
> Understanding of basic SEO principles for e-commerce product listings and store optimization.
> Experience in managing inventory, processing orders, and handling returns/exchanges via Shopify.
> Strong ability to respond to customer service support tickets professionally and in a timely manner.
> Experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and refund requests with a solution-oriented approach.
> Proficient in using online tools (e.g., email platforms, project management tools).
> Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop suitable for remote work.
