Join our fully remote team as an E-Commerce App Technical Support Specialist!
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in SaaS, eCommerce, and technical support.
In this role, you'll provide responsive, high-quality support to customers while learning about their businesses to deliver personalized, solution-focused assistance. We're looking for someone who is professional, adaptable, customer-focused, and enjoys solving technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through support channels with clear and professional communication
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate, customer-focused solutions
- Create, update, and monitor Jira tickets, escalating issues when necessary
- Understand each customer's business and goals to provide relevant, personalized support
- Share CRO best practice recommendations with guidance from internal experts
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills is a MUST
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working without relying solely on scripts
- Collaborative, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an ADVANTAGE
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology is an ADVANTAGE
- Hands-on Shopify experience is an ADVANTAGE
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing platforms is an ADVANTAGE
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices is an ADVANTAGE
Working Hours:
- Full-time, remote (work from home)
- 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift
- Shifting schedule (24/7 support coverage)
