E-Commerce Technical Specialist (Half-Time, Remote)
Location: Remote | Half-Time (Flexible Hours, Approx. 20 Hours/Week)
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Technical Specialist to oversee website maintenance, platform integrations, automation, and advanced reporting. This role is ideal for an expert in Shopify development, marketplace integrations, and data analytics who wants to work part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Maintenance & Optimization:
Manage Shopify store performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements.
Optimize UX/UI, site speed, and mobile responsiveness to enhance conversions.
Update product images, banners, and landing pages to align with marketing campaigns.
2. Technical Setup & Automation:
Configure integrations between Amazon, Shopify, Sellbrite, ShipStation, and third-party apps.
Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
Manage API integrations with marketplaces for seamless data synchronization.
3. Advanced Marketplace Optimization & Automation:
Develop bulk update workflows for pricing, inventory, and promotional adjustments.
Analyze marketplace algorithms (Amazon A9, Etsy SEO, Walmart search) to optimize visibility.
Implement AI-based repricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Build custom dashboards and performance tracking reports for sales, inventory, logistics, and advertising.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior trends to optimize pricing, promotions, and ad spend.
5. Security & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with marketplace regulations, data security policies, and GDPR/CCPA.
Monitor website security, implement backup solutions, and update platform settings to prevent vulnerabilities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
? Proven experience in e-commerce technical management, Shopify development, or automation.
? Proficiency in Sellbrite, ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and related tools.
? Experience with API integrations, AI-driven automation, and data analytics.
? Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify coding) is a plus.
? Analytical mindset, capable of deep data analysis and performance optimization.
? Highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently.
