E-Commerce Supply Chain & Operations Manager

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager who will fully own:
• Supplier coordination
• Inventory & demand planning
• Invoice & cost analysis
• Fulfillment performance
• 3PL management
• Shipping speed optimization
• Chargeback & CSAT reduction
• Process automation & reporting

You would become the person responsible for making sure that:
– Orders are shipped fast
– Costs are optimized
– Stock never breaks
– Invoices are clean and verified
– Fulfillment errors drop
– Customer satisfaction increases
– Margins improve
– Operations scale without chaos

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage suppliers and manufacturers (China, EU, US)
• Analyze and reconcile invoices, POs, shipping bills
• Track inventory levels and forecast demand
• Coordinate with 3PLs and fulfillment partners
• Monitor order flow, tracking, delivery exceptions
• Optimize shipping speed and cost
• Reduce “Order Not Received”, delays and chargebacks
• Build reporting dashboards (COGS, shipping, margins, CSAT, RTO)
• Create and improve SOPs for supply & fulfillment
• Identify bottlenecks and propose system improvements
• Act as the operational brain of the e-commerce backend

FIRST 30 DAYS
• Full audit of suppliers, invoices, shipping times, stock levels
• Map current fulfillment flow
• Identify biggest cost leaks and delays
• Create master dashboard
• Define optimization plan
• Start improving CSAT & delivery speed
• Take ownership of all operational reporting
