My name is Mert, and we are looking to onboard an E-Commerce Store Manager Customer Support Representative.
Our company is expanding and we are looking for a talented, reliable e-commerce store manager who will create and implement online shop business plans, process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits of the e-store. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal
overall organization and appearance of the service. Ensure all orders are properly handled.

Your responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues and handle returns.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute online marketing strategies.
Manage advertising campaigns and promotions.
Utilize social media for brand visibility.
Monitor sales, conversion rates, and website traffic.
Analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
Make informed decisions to optimize performance.
Add new products to store.
Create and update product descriptions and content.
Ensure accurate and engaging website content.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technology.
Manage platform updates and integrations.
Supervise and train tea
Ensure effective customer service and order fulfillment.
Monitor sales, revenue, and expenses.
Manage the store's budget and financial goals.
Ensure customer data security and payment protection.
Adhere to data protection and privacy regulations.
Job requirements:
