JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage customer communication and day-to-day e-commerce operations for a retail business.

This role includes working with:

Shopify (online orders)

Lightspeed POS (retail system)

Customer emails & support

Invoicing & order entry

Product updates

We need someone reliable, professional, and excellent at written English.

???? Responsibilities
???? Shopify

Process and monitor orders

Update order status

Handle cancellations / refunds

Add new products

Update product descriptions & pricing

Manage inventory adjustments

???? Lightspeed POS

Enter orders

Check order status

Create or update invoices

Verify payments

???? Customer Service

Respond to customer emails

Answer order inquiries

Track shipments

Handle basic complaints professionally

Coordinate with internal team when needed

???? Admin Tasks

Update spreadsheets

Basic reporting

Help maintain organized order tracking

? Requirements

Excellent written English

Experience with Shopify

Experience in customer service

Detail-oriented (VERY important)

Comfortable handling multiple tasks

Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel

? Bonus (Not Required but Preferred)

Experience with Lightspeed POS

Experience in retail or ecommerce operations

Basic bookkeeping knowledge

Understanding of invoices

Experience managing product uploads
