E-Commerce Marketing & Operations Assistant (High-Level VA)

This role is for someone who takes ownership and is excited to be a right hand partner. We’re hiring an E-Commerce Marketing Operations & Executive Assistant to help run and optimize the day-to-day operations of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and update Shopify store (products, pricing, blog content)
Build and schedule email campaigns (Klaviyo) and post social content
Assist with social content execution and bring ideas for improving engagement and consistency
Repurpose content across email, blog, and social to drive more consistent and effective marketing
Organize digital files and create SOPs for recurring tasks
Maintain clean, scalable systems across Google Drive and operations
Manage inbox, calendar, travel, and basic admin tasks
Support day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly

Qualifications
Experience with Shopify + email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) required
Canva /photoshop and/ or basic video editing required
Must be proficient in social media platforms (IG, FB, TT)
Strong organization and attention to detail

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE – set your own hours, you do not need to work US hours.
