JOB OVERVIEW

St. Lawrence Valley Roasters is a family-owned artisanal coffee company known for delivering high-quality, freshly roasted coffee to our customers. As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and drive sales through digital marketing campaigns.

This role will lead the development and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will deliver 15-20 ad creatives and two email campaigns per week while managing performance across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and others. This role requires agility, creativity, and the ability to scale campaigns rapidly and effectively. There is significant growth potential for candidates who can execute efficiently and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign strategy in partnership with business owners.
- Design, develop, and implement 15-20 creative assets weekly for advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
- Create, draft, and schedule two email marketing campaigns per week, ensuring alignment with brand voice and promotional goals.
- Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms to meet performance and ROI targets.
- Monitor campaign analytics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights.
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives, audiences, and strategies to drive scalable growth.
- Report weekly on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
- Verbal and written fluency in American English.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and campaign management.
- Proficiency in managing paid campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Strong design skills and experience with tools such as Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- A growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to take ownership of initiatives and drive measurable results.
