E-Commerce Logistics & Operations Manager

We are launching a premium natural health e-commerce brand exporting from Indonesia to EUROPE, US and AUSTRALIA

We are looking for a highly organized, independent operator to manage logistics and backend operations.

This role will start part-time while we finalize suppliers and shipping channels. As revenue increases, the role has strong potential to become full-time.

You will help manage:

Supplier coordination (Indonesia)

Freight and shipping logistics

3PL communication (US/AU)

Inventory tracking & restocking

Order monitoring

Customer email management

Basic SOP creation

Google Sheets tracking

This role requires someone calm, structured, and proactive.

Required Experience:

Shopify (or similar platform)

International shipping/logistics experience

Experience working with 3PLs

Strong Google Sheets skills

Clear written English

Able to work independently without micromanagement

Bonus:

Experience with Indonesian suppliers
Experience in supplements / food products
Operations dashboard experience
