We are seeking a highly versatile General Operations Manager to report directly to the Chief Executive Officer to support the launch of new product lines and businesses. The General Operations Manager will oversee the research, strategy, implementation, and operational management of 2 distinct brands in the home goods space. This role requires a proactive leader who is adept in a range of skills from project management to business strategy, and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an incredible opportunity to learn from a seasoned executive how startups are grown and scaled.

Job Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate potential manufacturers, vendors and suppliers to find the best quality, service, and price for product components or services required.

Product Launch: Oversee the product development including hiring and managing designers, negotiating with manufacturers, securing dropshipping and 3PL contracts, and managing delivery strategy. Determine pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.

Shop Launch: Oversee the build out of our Shopify page, order inventory, populate inventory on Shopify page, commission product photography, manage analytics, etc.

Marketing: Identify and negotiate with influencers to promote products, contract with an ad agency to push paid advertisements, identify other methods to promote the store.

Utilize e-commerce platforms like Shopify for online sales, Klaviyo for consumer analytics and messaging, and ClickUp for task management.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities

$1,350 - $1,500/month commensurate with experience

As this high-growth brand scales and hits revenue and profit targets, we are offering a profit-sharing arrangement with key high-producing employees.
