What You Will Be Doing
• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with orders, questions, and product issues
• Turn challenges into opportunities to create a great customer experience
• Stay up to date on products, resources, and team guidelines

What We Are Looking For
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred)
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify
• Bonus: Prior experience handling sofa or upholstered furniture products
• Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Zoho, or RingCentral is a plus
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
• Backup device and power source
