Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Creative Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, drive sales, and innovate custom jewelry development using AI tools and creative sourcing. This person must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a weekly goal of generating $5,000+ in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a virtual assistant to the CEO, managing schedules, tasks, and communications.
• Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce platform (Shopify or equivalent).
• Source new products and upload listings with compelling descriptions, accurate specs, and quality imagery.
• Use AI technology to interpret client ideas and develop visual concepts for custom jewelry.
• Collect and Communicate ideas and desirables from clients to assist artisans to bring designs to life, ensuring clarity and precision in production instructions.
• Own the full sales process: from client intake and concept development to invoice, fulfillment, and follow-up.
• Manage and grow at least 5 client accounts per week, resulting in a minimum of $5,000 in weekly sales.
• Provide excellent client communication, follow-through, and support throughout the custom order lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and client engagement using digital tools.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in e-commerce management and/or sales operations (jewelry industry is a plus).
• Proficient with Shopify or other online storefront platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar for concept generation.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales quotas in short timeframes.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a bonus.
• Self-starter with excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
