As our E-Commerce Bookkeeper / Accountant, you’ll take full ownership of our financial systems—building clean, organized processes that power smarter decisions. From preparing financial statements and tracking brand performance to reconciling expenses and managing payroll, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly while actively identifying ways to optimize and improve.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, including weekly P&Ls and monthly Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and performance analyses.
- Reconcile expenses, double-check invoices, and catch billing errors to maintain accurate and error-free financial records.
- Track inventory, refunds, exchanges, and COGS—including calculating true landed costs and inventory value.
- Build and continuously improve a clean, organized, and scalable financial system across all brands.
- Proactively suggest improvements and ideas beyond day-to-day bookkeeping, helping optimize processes and increase profitability.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping for e-commerce or Shopify-based businesses.
- Prior experience building financial systems from scratch for startups or early-stage companies.
- Strong understanding of inventory-based accounting and calculating true product costs (including landed costs).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with platforms like Shopify, Finaloop, TripleWhale
- Proactive problem-solver who brings ideas and improvements—not just numbers.
