About Us
We are Bluespoon GmbH, a fast-growing German e-commerce company specialising in premium tableware under our brand Sänger Geschirr. We sell on Amazon, OTTO, Home24, Shopify and more. Our team is based in Germany – you work full-time remotely from the Philippines.
Nothing runs without clean data at Bluespoon. Our purchasing overviews, invoice checks and internal reports are the foundation of our daily operations – and you make sure that foundation is solid.

The Role
You work with Excel, our internal systems and data documents every day. You maintain order overviews, check invoices against contract terms, prepare reports and support accounting with cleanly compiled documents. Precision, a systematic approach and an eye for errors are the heart of this role.
This position is ideal for someone who thinks in a structured way, enjoys working with numbers and spreadsheets, and takes satisfaction in bringing order to complex data sets.

Your Responsibilities
Core Focus – Data, Excel & Administration:

- Maintain the Purchasing Overview (PO): record supplier orders and container shipments completely and accurately
- Review incoming freight and customs invoices (DHL Freight, Interfracht) against agreed framework rates – document and report discrepancies
- Enter and update product and pricing data in internal tools; pull down formulas for new articles
- Monthly accounting support: compile receipts and request missing invoices from platforms
- Prepare meal allowance and benefits documentation for payroll processing
- Analyse and populate data exports from our billing system (VLOOKUP, formulas, structured data entry)

Additional Backoffice Tasks:
- Coordinate weekly stock availability checks with the warehouse partner
- Monitor price changes in the pricing tool and verify transfer to all channels
- Run weekly Amazon discount promotions


What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills – confident with VLOOKUP, basic formulas, structured data entry and error analysis
- Very high level of attention to detail – you find errors that others miss
- Reliable, self-organised and precise in execution
- Good English skills (C1)
- Stable internet connection, quiet working environment

Nice-to-Have:
- German language skills (strong plus – many documents and systems are in German)
- Experience with JTL Wawi or similar ERP / warehouse management systems
- Background in accounting, controlling, logistics or administration
- Experience with structured data management in e-commerce environments
