About Six Eleven:
Six Eleven is a Singapore-based wholesale/retail company specialising in F&B, lifestyle and coffee products. We serve both B2B and B2C customers, bringing quality products to businesses and consumers across our market. As we grow our e-commerce presence, we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate/Executive to help us manage and grow our online storefronts — delivering a great shopping experience for our customers.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on e-commerce operations role focused on our B2C online stores. You will be the person keeping our storefronts looking sharp, our listings accurate and optimised, our inventory updated, and our customers happy. You'll work closely with the founding team and report directly to management.
This role is perfect for someone who has worked in e-commerce operations before, is comfortable working independently and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Store Management & Presentation
~ Maintain and refresh storefront banners, category images and featured product placements
~ Ensure store aesthetics are on-brand and visually appealing across all platforms
~ Create and update product listing images and graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Listings & Content
~ Create, update and optimise product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing and keywords
~ Ensure listings are consistent across all platforms
~ Upload new products and manage seasonal or promotional changes
- Inventory Management
~ Monitor and update stock levels across platforms regularly
~ Flag low-stock or out-of-stock situations promptly to the team
~ Reconcile inventory records and maintain an accurate product database
- Customer Support
~ Respond to customer enquiries, comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
~ Handle order-related issues such as delays, wrong items or refund requests with empathy and good judgement
~ Escalate complex issues to management when necessary

What We're Looking For:
- Experience & Skills
~ Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores (Shopee & Lazada are strongly preferred)
~ Proficient in Canva for creating banners and listing visuals
~ Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel for inventory tracking
~ Strong written English for customer communication and listing copywriting
~ Familiar with seller centre tools, promotions setup and platform analytics
- Personality & Work Style:
~ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
~ Highly organised with strong attention to detail — errors in listings or inventory are costly
~ Proactive communicator — you flag issues early rather than waiting to be asked
~ Reliable and consistent — you show up, meet deadlines and follow through
~ A genuine interest in F&B, lifestyle, or coffee products is a bonus!
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time, remote position
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Singapore Time (SGT, UTC+8)
- Twice weekly check-in call with the team
- Internal general communications via Google Chat with the team during working hours
- Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable personal computer
