E-Commerce Assistant (Shopify and Amazon)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proficient E-commerce Assistant Specialist with experience in product listing, customer service, and product research for both Shopify and Amazon.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Listing: Help us make sure that the pictures, descriptions, prices, and other information are correct as we add new products to our online store.
Product research: Examine market trends, identify lucrative markets, and gauge the possibility of new products.
Shopify collections, which aid in product classification and make it simpler for customers to locate the goods they want (both automatic and human)
Customer service: Attend to inquiries, fixate issues, and provide product information in a timely manner to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce operations or a related position is relevant.
- Knowledge with e-commerce sites such as Shopify and Amazon
Strong attention to detail and organizing abilities.
The ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask.
Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
An appropriate home office setup and a dependable internet connection are essential.

Position: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
Compensation: $5, based on a 40-hour workweek.
