We are a fast-growing 7-figure Scandinavian e-commerce brand selling premium products in the US market via Amazon and are expanding into additional sales channels.
We are now looking for a sharp, analytical, and structured Operations Manager who will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in scaling the business.
This is not a beginner role. You will become the CEO’s right hand — deeply involved in operations, numbers, decisions, and execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact growth position.

This role has the potential to grow into a Head of Operations position as we expand and hire more tea
The Mission of This Role
You will work closely with the CEO on both strategic and operational initiatives.
Your mission is simple:
Make sure the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and with full financial and operational control.
You will:
Take ownership of shipment planning from warehouse to Amazon FBA
Monitor inventory and prevent stockouts
Follow up on numbers and key KPIs
Support financial overview and contribution margins
Improve structure, processes, and workflows
Coordinate with warehouse, freight forwarders, and Amazon
Ensure decisions are backed by data
You will not just execute tasks — you will think, analyze, and improve.
Core Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
Plan and coordinate shipments to Amazon
Track inventory levels and forecast needs
Optimize supply chain flow
Ensure smooth warehouse collaboration
Analytics & Follow-Up
Monitor sales, margins, advertising impact, and inventory metrics
Build simple but clear tracking dashboards
Identify risks and improvement opportunities
Support pricing and profitability decisions
Process & Structure
Create and refine SOPs
Implement structure where needed
Improve internal workflows
Bring order to fast growth
Who We’re Looking For
You likely have:
2–4 years of Amazon Seller Central experience
Strong analytical skills
Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
A structured and detail-oriented mindset
A proactive personality — you don’t wait to be told twice
Strong follow-up ability
High reliability and ownership
Experience with Amazon PPC is a strong advantage.
