About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically advanced AI Video Editor & Creative Content Designer to produce high-performing short-form content and paid ad creatives.

This role goes beyond traditional editing.

You must have deep hands-on experience with AI creative tools and be able to generate, manipulate, and enhance visual assets using the latest AI platforms.

Your mission:
Use AI + editing skills to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-driven content at scale.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Produce high-performing paid ad creatives
• Generate visual assets using AI tools
• Create hooks, captions, motion graphics, and pacing optimized for retention
• Use AI tools to:
• Enhance footage
• Generate scenes
• Modify visuals
• Create motion effects
• Produce variations at scale
• Repurpose UGC into multiple ad versions
• Design thumbnails and static creatives
• Test multiple creative angles weekly
• Stay ahead of trends in AI-generated content
• Collaborate with marketing team for performance optimization

• 2+ years in short-form editing
• Advanced understanding of AI creative workflows
• Strong visual taste and pacing instincts
• Data-driven creative mindset
• Able to produce multiple ad variations quickly
• Comfortable working in performance-driven environments
• Fast execution (speed > perfection)
