DYNAMICS 365 PROJECT OPERATIONS – DEVELOPER / TIER 2 SUPPORT
Level: Mid–Senior
Type: Post-Implementation Support & Extension Role
Remote | Full-Time

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring ONE experienced professional to support and extend our live Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

This is a combined Developer + Tier 2 Support role focused on stabilizing and enhancing an already implemented system — NOT a net-new build.

Primary focus areas include D365 Project Operations, Power Pages, integrations and API troubleshooting, and production support.

You will act as a key escalation point and own issues from investigation through resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Tier 2 production support for Dynamics 365.
Troubleshoot platform, configuration, data, and integration issues.
Support D365 Project Operations including projects, resources, time and expense.
Deliver light customizations and targeted enhancements.
Troubleshoot API integrations including Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
Own and maintain Power Pages including security, forms, and authentication.
Support Power Automate flows and model-driven app updates.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – MUST HAVE

Hands-on support experience with Dynamics 365 in a production environment.
Strong Dataverse knowledge including tables, relationships, and security roles.
Functional experience with D365 Project Operations.
API and integration troubleshooting experience.
Power Platform experience with Power Pages required.
Ability to work independently and methodically in live environments.
Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
Familiarity with CI/CD for Dynamics solutions.
Consulting or client-delivery background.
