Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
Opportunity Overview:
We are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional to streamline our sales operations and improve pipeline visibility. We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 developer to help us customize, configure, and optimize our CRM system for our growing sales team.
Responsibilities:
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Sales Professional to align with our sales process.
Build and modify Business Process Flows, forms, views, and dashboards.
Implement custom fields, business rules, and workflows.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for automation.
Assist with setting up product catalog, quote templates, and document management.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for CRM scalability and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales module preferred).
Strong knowledge of customization (entities, forms, fields, business rules).
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Familiarity with integrations across Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Ability to create dashboards and reports for pipeline and activity tracking.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Based in the Philippines; remote work capability.
Nice to Have:
Experience with JavaScript for form scripting.
Knowledge of security roles and user management.
Familiarity with SharePoint integration for document storage.
Contract Details:
Type: Project-based.
Duration: 1–3 month engagement.
Location: Remote (Philippines).
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
