We're Hiring a Facebook Ad Pro
We’re looking for a **results-driven, creative Facebook Ads expert** to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta platforms. You should be fluent in funnel strategy, obsessed with performance data, and have a strong eye for ad creative (bonus if you can design!).

Requirements
- 5+ years of Facebook/IG Ads experience
- Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably
- Strong analytics + optimization skills (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.)
- Deep understanding of TOF/MOF/BOF funnels
- Familiar with Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM tracking
- Design experience (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a big plus
- Must be able to work **EST hours**
