Dropshipping Ecommerce Store Manager

We are hiring experienced Ecommerce Store Managers to manage and scale client dropshipping stores on platforms such as: eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon and possibly others

This is NOT a beginner position. We are a huge company with 200k+ followers and over 10k+ clients

We are looking for experienced operators who already understand ecommerce, product sourcing, listing optimization, fulfillment workflows, customer service, account health, and scaling systems.

You will be managing multiple real client stores through our ecosystem using our internal software, automation systems, SOPs, AI tools, and training. And you need to be someone who we can trust to fully run everything hands off without little to no management or pushing needed on our end.

Compensation Structure:
-70/30 profit split on multiple stores (5 to 10 at once, more if you can handle)
-Performance bonuses
-Long-term management opportunities
-Current store manager make $4k to $5k/mo
The better the stores perform, the more you make.

We are NOT looking for hourly workers who need constant supervision.
We are looking for reliable operators who treat stores like real businesses.

Minimum Requirements (MUST HAVE ALL):
-Minimum 1 year experience selling on:
eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, OR Amazon
-Minimum of $10,000+ in previous sales on at least ONE platform
-Understanding of:Product research, Dropshipping / supplier-direct fulfillment
-Marketplace metrics & account health
-Strong English communication and Fast response times
-Stable internet connection
-Ability to work daily and provide updates daily
