We’re seeking a senior-level, highly creative video editor to join our team and take the lead on fast-turnaround documentary and corporate projects. This is an exciting long-term opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for visual storytelling, who is also highly in tune with the fast-paced world of social media content creation.

You’ll be editing a mix of:
- Short-form fighting documentaries (4–6 mins)
- TikTok / Instagram Reels (30–90 sec high-impact edits)
- Corporate event trailers & promos
- Interview-driven short documentaries (5–10 mins)



What We’re Looking For

• Fast-Paced & Trend-Savvy:
You must understand trending social formats and soundtrack styles. Your editing should feel dynamic, fresh, and emotionally engaging.

• Strong Storytelling:
Especially with interviews. You should be confident extracting narratives from talking-heads and structuring a gripping mini-documentary from scratch.

• Cinematic Colour Grading:
You must know how to take flat footage and turn it into high-end visual content that holds up on both large screens and mobile.

• Strong Sound Design:
Natural audio layering, atmospheric build-ups, punchy transitions, and music syncing must be second nature to you.

• Creative Freedom:
We’re not looking for editors who wait for hand-holding. You’ll be given direction, examples, and footage—but we want you to bring your style and edge too.



Non-Negotiable Technical Requirements

• Internal SSD – Minimum 8TB
Our projects range from 2–8TB. This drive MUST be internal (not external).
• Laptop users: Must have 8TB internal SSD
• Desktop users: Dedicated 8TB internal drive

• Internet Speed – Minimum 300Mbps Download
We need you to download large files fast. Upload speed is less critical.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience editing doc-style pieces with tight turnarounds
• Understands social media storytelling for Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
• Knows how to format content across multiple platforms
• Has a sharp visual style and can self-initiate on edits
• Is reliable and thrives under deadlines
• Wants to grow in a long-term, creatively fulfilling role



What We Need From You

A portfolio with:
• Short-form corporate/event trailers
• Social media reels (ideally 30–90 sec snappy edits)
• Interview-driven storytelling
• Cinematic color grading samples

A brief intro covering:
• Editing experience
• Availability
• Hourly or weekly rate for long-term work
• Confirmation of 8TB internal SSD + screenshot of internet speed
• Machine specs
