Disposition Manager - Real Estate Investment Company (USA)

We are REI Equity, a leading real estate investment company that helps homeowners sell their properties quickly and efficiently. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Disposition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking signed deals from the acquisition team and ensuring they are brought to the finish line smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of real estate deals, from contract signing to closing.
Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Oversee documentation, ensure contracts are properly executed, and manage any required follow-up.
Handle any complications or roadblocks in the closing process, including managing tenant situations or repair negotiations.
Provide consistent communication and updates to all parties involved to ensure timely and successful closings.
Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure a seamless handoff of deals.

Qualifications:
Experience in real estate, particularly in disposition or transaction coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication abilities with both clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Knowledge of real estate contracts, closing processes, and documentation.
Ability to problem-solve and handle last-minute issues that may arise during a transaction.
