Dispatcher / Inbound Call Agent — Chimney & Air Duct Cleaning

**ONLY FOR EXPERIENCED HOME SERVICE BUSINESS DISPATCHERS**

We are a US-based chimney and air duct cleaning company looking for a reliable,
English-fluent Dispatcher to answer incoming calls and book/route jobs to our
field subcontractors. This is a phone-facing role — clear, friendly, confident
spoken English is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer inbound customer calls through RingCentral during US business hours
- Collect job details: name, address, phone, service needed (chimney sweep,
inspection, air duct cleaning, repairs), and schedule the appointment
- Enter every lead and job into our CRM (Workiz) accurately and completely
- Dispatch jobs to the right subcontractors by posting them in our WhatsApp
groups and confirming a tech accepts the job
- Follow up to confirm appointments and keep job status updated in the CRM
- Handle basic customer questions about services and pricing using our scripts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent spoken and written English (this will be tested on the interview call)
- Previous experience as a dispatcher, appointment setter, call center agent,
or virtual assistant — home services / HVAC experience is a big plus
- Comfortable on the phone all day and able to stay calm with busy customers
- Detail-oriented — we need clean, complete data in the CRM, no missed info
- Reliable home internet (10+ Mbps), a backup connection, a quiet workspace,
a computer, and a headset
- Able to work US time zone hours
