Discord Community & Creator Event Manager

Responsibilities:
Grow our ---------- server by inviting, engaging, and activating creators and brands.
Create fun, exciting discussions, polls, and announcements that make members stay and participate.
Help onboard new creators and brands (welcome messages, FAQs, updates).
Schedule and manage weekly content (brand spotlights, event updates, challenges).
Assist with influencer outreach and help coordinate RSVPs for the NYC event.
Work with our team to plan live collaborations and content challenges leading up to the event.
Help moderate the community to maintain a positive, energetic vibe.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing and growing a ---------- FAST.
Understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
Strong communication and writing skills especially conversational, upbeat tone.
Excitement about beauty, skincare, creator culture, and live-selling events.
Organized, proactive, and ready to execute quickly.
