Gym Reinforcements is looking for a partner that can take ownership of our fast growing marketing agency.

We are an online marketing and lead nurture service for gyms and fitness centers all over the US.

We are looking for a leader who has at least 3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry and wants a HUGE OPPORTUNITY to make a bigger impact and income.

You must have VERY strong proficiency with Meta Ads (FB and IG).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with CEO to create strategic plan to grow the business
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns on Meta (FB and IG)
Lead a team of professional Digital Marketers
Provide feedback on ad copy and creatives to optimize ad performance
Troubleshoot accounts in tough markets
Help Gym Owners to create grand slam offers
Monitor and analyze data to make data-drive decisions
Stay up-to-date on trends and breakthrough technology to give us a competitive edge

EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Strong knowledge of Facebook ad marketing
Strong understanding of High Level CRM
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Copywriting skills are a plus
