Director of Ecommerce

Pop On Veneers is the growing leader in cosmetic removable veneers, offering innovative and affordable solutions that empower people to achieve their dream smile. Our Shopify-powered eCommerce platform is at the core of our success, and we are looking for a visionary eCommerce Director to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and lead our marketing and operations teams to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy that supports Pop On Veneers' mission and ambitious growth goals.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of our Shopify store, ensuring it runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional user experience.
-Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing and eCommerce professionals to achieve ambitious KPIs and revenue targets.
-Identify and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
-Collaborate with product development, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
-Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, measure success, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
-Stay on top of eCommerce and digital marketing trends to ensure Pop On Veneers remains at the forefront of innovation.


Requirements:
-Extensive experience as an eCommerce leader, with proven success scaling Shopify stores.
-A strong track record of driving significant revenue growth and optimizing digital sales funnels.
-Experience managing and building high-performing marketing teams.
-Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
-Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other reporting platforms.
-Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
-Familiarity with advanced Shopify apps and custom integrations.
-Experience with budget management and financial planning for eCommerce operations.
