About Us
Patient Procure is a cutting-edge marketing and lead generation agency specializing in healthcare organizations. We craft high-performing marketing campaigns that drive patient acquisition while maintaining a strong, trust-based brand presence for our clients.
We are looking for a Director of Content & Brand Strategy to oversee the creative and strategic execution of our clients’ marketing efforts. This person will ensure that every piece of content—whether social media, SEO, email marketing, paid ads, or web content—aligns with each client’s unique brand, positioning, and tone. They will act as the strategic glue between content creation, marketing execution, and overall brand consistency.


Responsibilities

Brand & Content Strategy Oversight
-Develop and enforce brand positioning, messaging, and tone-of-voice guidelines for each client.
-Ensure all creative and marketing content aligns with the client’s brand identity and overall strategy.
-Audit content across all marketing channels (SEO, social, email, paid media, etc.) to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Content Mix & Channel Optimization
-Assess content strategies across platforms to ensure the right mix of educational, promotional, thought leadership, and engaging content.
-Guide teams on best practices for distributing content across SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads, and other marketing channels.

Creative & Editorial Direction
-Review and provide strategic feedback on social media content, blog posts, ad creatives, video content, and other marketing assets.
-Work closely with designers, writers, and marketing specialists to elevate creative execution.
-Identify content gaps and opportunities to enhance client brand positioning.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership
-Partner with SEO, social media, paid media, and email teams to align messaging and strategy.
-Act as a brand steward, ensuring marketing efforts support each client’s business goals.
-Develop content and creative best practices to be used across all client accounts.

Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand management, or creative direction.
-Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, paid ads, social media, and email marketing.
-Strong editorial eye with the ability to ensure brand consistency across all content.
-Experience managing creative teams, freelancers, or content creators.
-Exceptional communication skills and ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
-Healthcare or B2B marketing experience is a plus but not required.
