Direct-Response Video Editor – High-Converting VSLs & Paid Social Ads

We're a German health and supplement brand growing fast with our ads on Facebook and Instagram. We're looking for a really good video editor to turn our scripts into VSLs and short ads that grab people and keep them watching.

Our ads are emotional. They speak to real problems real women deal with every day. Your edit needs to make people feel something in the first few seconds and hold them all the way to the end. That's the most important part.

Here's how we start:

No free test tasks, no hoops to jump through. We hand you a real script and you make one test ad for us. We pay you for it. If we love your work and it feels right on both sides, you're in and we work together long term. That simple.

We're not looking for one quick project. We want someone to grow with us. If you're good, there's steady work here and a team that actually values you.

What you'll do:

Edit VSLs and short ads (around 30 to 90 seconds, sometime even longer) for Facebook and Instagram
Build strong hooks that stop people from scrolling
Cut to the emotional beats so every line hits
Add b-roll, clips, text, captions, music and sound that fit the message
Work with AI avatar videos and AI visuals (we'll show you our setup)
Make a few versions so we can test what works best

What we're looking for:

Real experience editing ads or VSLs, not wedding or vlog work. Show us actual examples.
A great feel for pacing and emotion
Solid skills in Premiere Pro or After Effects (CapCut works too)
You understand how ads work: hooks, retention, getting the click
You're fast, reliable and open to feedback
Good written English so you can follow our briefs

A nice bonus, totally optional:

If you know a little German, that would be amazing. A lot of our footage and voiceovers are in German, so even a bit helps you edit the VSLs better and faster. If you don't speak any German, no worries at all. You'll get scripts, timestamps and notes so you always know what every line means and where the emotional ---------- nts are.
