JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a high-performance Direct Response Video Editor to join our team full-time (40h/week). We’re a fast-growing DTC brand selling premium cleaning products in the US. We move fast, test aggressively, and care about results — not excuses. If you love editing Meta ads that convert, this is for you.

In the last two year we managed to hit multiple 7 figures in yearly revenue and aim for hitting 8 figures within the next 12 months. What You’ll Be Doing
Edit high-converting direct response video ads for Meta (UGC-style, hooks, iterations, winners).
Turn raw creator footage into scroll-stopping ads with strong pacing, captions, pattern interrupts, and clear CTAs.
Create multiple variations of winning creatives (hooks, angles, formats).
Collaborate closely with our creative strategist and marketing team.
Organize files and versions cleanly via Google Drive.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Strong experience editing direct response ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have, daily tool)
Google Drive (file organization & collaboration)
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
40 hours/week availability (full-time, long-term)
You understand hooks, retention, psychology, pacing, subtitles, and conversion-focused editing
If you’ve never edited ads that were scaled with real spend — this role is not a fit.

Salary Expectation
Base salary of $1,500 USD per month.
