We are running multiple fast-growing e-commerce brands in beauty & lifestyle and are looking for a talented Direct Response Graphic Designer to help us create high-converting image ads and creative assets.
This is not a traditional graphic design role.
We are looking for someone who understands performance design, meaning graphics that stop the scroll, communicate clearly, and drive clicks and conversions.
Your work will directly impact our ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
*Responsibilities:*
- Design high-converting static image ads for Meta and other paid advertising platforms.
- Create direct response creatives focused on CTR, hooks, offers, and conversions.
- Turn creative briefs, winning angles, and copy into engaging ad concepts.
- Research competitor ads and creative trends to inspire new designs.
- Produce multiple creative variations and iterate quickly based on performance feedback.
- Maintain clean and organized design files and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative team to test and improve ad performance.
- Contribute ideas and creative concepts. We value designers who think beyond execution.
- Generate or support creative production using AI tools when needed.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience designing direct response creatives or paid social ads (must-have).
- Strong portfolio showing conversion-focused image ads, not only branding or social media posts.
- High-level skills in Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, attention-grabbing layouts, and consumer behavior.
- AI-savvy and skilled at generating HYPER-realistic images using AI tools.
- Strong English comprehension and ability to follow creative direction.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Fast turnaround and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
*Nice to have (bonus):*
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, or dropshipping.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads creative best practices.
- Experience designing for beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Understanding of A/B testing and creative iteration.
