JOB OVERVIEW

About the Studio
Stefan Vignogna is a design-led joinery studio working across high-end residential interiors. Specialising in bespoke kitchen and whole-home joinery, we collaborate with architects, designers, and discerning homeowners to realise tailored, functional spaces with a refined, enduring aesthetic.

As the studio continues to grow, we’re looking to expand our digital footprint with intention—building a brand that reflects the same clarity, depth and care we bring to our work.

The Role
We’re seeking a full-time Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the studio’s online presence. You’ll work closely with Stefan to develop and execute a clear content strategy across all key platforms, with a focus on storytelling, project features, and brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a natural editorial tone, and a thoughtful, strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and implement the studio’s digital marketing strategy
• Curate, create and schedule content across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and EDMs
• Build and manage a content calendar tied to launches, project timelines, and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate with Stefan and the studio team to produce creative assets and project stories
• Write captions, posts and email content that align with the studio’s tone and values
• Analyse performance metrics and refine strategy based on data and insights
• Manage inbound messages, comments and brand collaborations
• Support the website team with SEO-driven content and project uploads

About You
• You have 3–5 years experience in social media, marketing or content creation—ideally within the design, interiors or creative industries
• You have strong copywriting skills and an intuitive feel for editorial storytelling
• You’re confident working autonomously but collaborative in spirit
• You understand and appreciate the visual language of contemporary design
• You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, scheduling platforms, and email marketing software (Flodesk, Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
• Bonus if you bring experience in paid advertising, SEO, or influencer partnerships

Why Join Us
This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow the voice of a respected studio with a national presence. You’ll work alongside a founder with a clear design vision and be trusted to lead our digital direction with autonomy, creativity and impact.
