Binary IT Solutions is a digital services company serving clients across the US and Canada. We build websites, automate workflows, and deliver technical solutions for businesses that need a reliable partner. We’re a small remote team that moves fast and works smart, and AI is a big part of how we do it.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a junior Digital Solutions Analyst to join our team. This is not a traditional tech role where you need years of experience with every tool. We use AI heavily to build, automate, and solve problems and we're looking for someone who thinks the same way to join our team.

If you know how to use AI to figure things out, learn fast, and take ownership of your work, you’ll fit right in. What matters most to us is how you think, not what’s already on your resume.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Building websites and web projects using AI-assisted development (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, React, using AI as your co-pilot)
• Setting up and managing hosting environments, DNS, Cloudflare, Vercel and cPanel
• Handling domain and DNS migrations
• Building automation workflows using n8n
• Working with APIs and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs)
• Supporting ongoing technical projects across the team
• Deploying and managing sites on platforms like Vercel

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Smart and resourceful, you figure things out.
• AI-native, you already use AI tools in your work or projects
• Basic technical literacy: DNS, Cloudflare, cPanel, n8n (you don’t need to be an expert, but you need to know your way around)
• Fast learner, junior level is fine, but curiosity is a must!
• Punctual and deadline-driven, we don’t chase people
• Takes ownership, if it’s yours, you see it through to completion
• Not afraid to ask questions when stuck
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fully fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Reliable internet connection with a backup option

BONUS POINTS
• SEO fundamentals
• Google Analytics or Google Search Console experience
• Any personal or freelance projects built with AI

COMPENSATION
Starting at ?16,000/month (part-time), based on experience. Room for growth and performance bonuses for the right person.
