Digital Operations Strategist - Automation & CRM (Permanent Remote/WFH)

We are a US-based mobile marketing agency hiring 1 full-time Operations Support Strategist with at least 4 years of relevant experience. In this role, you’ll be part of the Operations team, providing hands-on support across systems, processes, and data management to ensure our teams can operate at their best.

This role is not your typical operations support strategist position because you will be collaborating internally with teams across the company who are all pursuing lofty goals and groundbreaking initiatives. The ideal candidate will need to be fully available from 8 pm - 4 am PHT so it's highly preferable that he/she isn't currently engaged with any company/client during the said hours. Additionally, you will be trained on everything you need to know to excel in this role.

Employment Type: Full-time, local employment with standard employment deductions
Work hours: 8 pm-4 am PH time for Onboarding (subject to change), and then choice of scheduled hours after the first month, starting at 5 pm PH time.
Required Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Set-up: Remote (Company laptop and external monitor will be provided). The ideal applicants should reside within Metro Manila and aren’t presently engaged with any company/client

Who Are You?

As the Operations Support Strategist, you’re a generalist at heart, comfortable navigating technical challenges, refining processes, and ensuring data is clean and actionable.?You don’t just adapt to new systems, you master them.

Qualified candidates will possess:

4+ years of experience building automations (Zapier preferred), working in a task management platform (Asana preferred), and acting as a CRM Admin or Super User (HubSpot preferred)
Ability to analyze challenges, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions
Comfortable learning new systems and leveraging automation to improve workflows
Skilled at maintaining data integrity, auditing information, and documenting processes
Thrives in fast-paced environments while staying organized and responsive
Takes ownership, makes sound decisions, and follows through on commitments
Effectively shares ideas, listens actively, and aligns with team goals
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to support teamwork and knowledge sharing
Open to feedback, quick to learn, and proactive in improving processes and skills
What will you do at Intrinsic Digital?

As the Operations Support Strategist, you will be the first line of defense ensuring our teams are enabled to do their best work. You will model operational excellence and have a real impact on our continued growth and scalability.

Responsibilities will include:

Monitor IT tickets daily, identifying trends and flagging tickets for escalation
Audit and maintain HubSpot data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accuracy
Review and update training materials and process documentation as needed
Track and categorize new support requests, gathering additional information for resolution
Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding for new and departing employees
Create and manage team reporting dashboards, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Diagnose, escalate, or resolve operational and IT issues across teams and internal chats
Create and maintain workflow automations across platforms
Other duties as assigned
