Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and digitally fluent Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day digital operations, content coordination, project management workflows, and administrative execution.
This is a remote, part-time independent contractor role requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across systems, platforms, and team workflows.

Primary Responsibilities
- Project Management & Operations
- Manage tasks and workflows using
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project status across active initiatives
- Coordinate with internal tea
- Maintain organized systems for ongoing operational priorities
Email
- Create & Support campaigns using Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Assist with formatting, scheduling, segmentation, and campaign setup
- Maintain consistency in brand voice across
- Assist with reporting and campaign tracking
Social Media Management
- Support publishing and coordination across Instagram,
- Assist with captions, scheduling coordination, and content organization
- Monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, and community interactions
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Support the activation of strategic calls-to-action (CTAs) designed to drive audience engagement, conversions, and measurable outcomes for client campaigns
- Assist in leveraging social media engagement tools and message automation workflows (where applicable) to convert audience interactions into trackable leads, inquiries, and performance metrics
Secondary Responsibilities
- Analytics & Reporting
- Assist with tracking performance using native analytics and Databox
- Organize engagement, growth, and campaign data into reporting formats
Copywriting & Community Support
- Support captions, CTAs, and brand voice alignment
- Assist with community engagement and digital communication
Market Research
- Conduct research using Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other related tools
- Identify leads, trends, and relevant industry insights
Administrative Support
- Provide general support using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Assist with file organization, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Support basic graphic design for social media and marketing materials (Canva, AI tools)
Team Environment
- This is a collaborative, communication-heavy role requiring consistent coordination with leadership and tea
