We are a well-established company based in the USA. We are building a long-term remote team and looking for a highly skilled, full-time Digital Operations & Marketing Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines.

We are NOT looking for a beginner. We need someone experienced, reliable, and ready to take ownership of their role from day one.

This Job Is Right for You If:

? You have 7+ years of real VA experience with US or international clients
? You are highly organized and don't need to be micromanaged
? You are genuinely good with digital tools and always learning new ones
? You want stable, full-time work, not short-term projects
? You are proud of the quality of your work

Your Daily Responsibilities

Website Management
- Update and manage a Squarespace website (pages, blog posts, photos, formatting)
- Create simple on-brand graphics and banners

Graphic Design
- Create graphics for LinkedIn, podcast covers, and web content
- Tools: Canva, Figma, or similar — you d ---------- , we trust your output

AI Tools
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to write content and build workflows
- Maintain a prompt library; always double-check AI output with your own judgment

Calendar & Scheduling
- Fully manage the business owner's calendar — meetings, priorities, coordination

LinkedIn & Light Sales Support
- Publish and manage LinkedIn content
- Research leads, prepare lists, handle light follow-ups

Podcast & Video
- Upload podcast episodes to Spotify and other platforms
- Light video editing using AI tools

Writing & Email
- Write and proofread professional English emails and communications

Vacation Rental Support (When Available)
- Help grow bookings for 2 vacation rental properties
- SEO/GEO optimization, listing improvements, traffic strategies

Requirements

- 7+ years VA experience with US or international clients required
- Strong Squarespace skills (must be able to demonstrate)
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar
- Excellent English writing skills, professional level
- Organized, self-managed, takes initiative
- Familiar with and excited about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps recommended)
- Dedicated, quiet home office setup

Nice to Have
- Basic video editing experience
- Podcast publishing experience
- CRM or sales tools experience
- Knowledge of SEO or demand generation
