The Role:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, resourceful, and highly organized Digital Operations & Marketing Manager to run and grow the backend of Amplify—so the founder can focus fully on coaching and content creation.
You’ll be the digital brain behind the brand—building systems, managing marketing, optimizing funnels, and making sure everything flows smoothly. This is a mission-critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and loves wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Growth
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid)
• Create and execute
• Build and refine sales funnels using platforms like Kajabi and ConvertKit
• Create, test, and improve landing pages and lead magnets
• Implement branding consistently across platforms
2. Content Management
• Assist with content strategy (Reels, newsletters, social media)
• Schedule and manage posts on Instagram and other social channels
• Edit video content and repurpose into multiple formats (clips, audiograms, etc.)
• Help craft compelling captions,
3. Tech & Systems
• Build and maintain the Amplify website and landing pages
• Manage and improve Kajabi setup (programs, courses, client portals)
• Set up and optimize automations for client onboarding, scheduling, and communication
• Use analytics to track campaign performance and client engagement
• Implement tools to improve efficiency (Zapier, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.)
4. Client Experience & Conversion
• Streamline and optimize the client onboarding process
• Coordinate lead follow-up and consult scheduling
• Build automated systems for DMs,
• Identify and plug holes in the conversion pipeline

Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years experience in a digital operations, online business management, or growth/marketing role
• Fluent with Kajabi (or similar platforms), Canva, ConvertKit, Notion, Zapier, basic video editing tools (CapCut, Descript, etc.)
• Strong understanding of funnels,
• Excellent communicator and copywriter (you can write and tweak content that sells)
• Organized, proactive, solution-oriented—able to work independently with minimal hand-holding
• A passion or interest in fitness, performance, or personal development is a plus
