Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist with expertise in creating exceptional YouTube thumbnails, high-level video editing, leveraging AI tools for automation, and proficiently managing tasks within Google Workspace. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent content writing skills and a passion for integrating emerging AI technologies into their workflow.

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Thumbnail Creation: Design captivating, high-quality YouTube thumbnails to optimize viewer engagement and click-through rates.

Advanced Video Editing: Produce professional-grade videos tailored for YouTube, social media, and promotional purposes.
Google Workspace Expertise: Efficiently manage Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and other Google Workspace applications for streamlined collaboration and project management.

AI Automation: Proactively utilize the latest AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance productivity, and innovate digital media workflows.

Content Writing: Develop concise and engaging written content to accompany video projects, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Trend Awareness: Continuously research and stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital media and AI to implement best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in creating compelling YouTube thumbnails and advanced video editing.
Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) or equivalent editing software.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Workspace.

Demonstrable experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Zapier) for workflow automation.
Excellent writing and content creation skills.
