Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (SEO & AI Tools)

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate team focused on AI SEO, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new systems, researching AI and marketing trends, and helping improve a company’s online visibility and lead generation efforts.

The team is transitioning into a more AI-driven marketing strategy focused on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI SEO, and visibility on platforms like ChatGPT and Claude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AI SEO & Content Support
- Create and optimize SEO-focused blog articles
- Conduct keyword and content research
- Assist with AI SEO and GEO strategies
- Optimize website content for search engines and AI platforms
- Monitor website performance and identify improvement opportunities

2. Social Media Management
- Schedule and manage social media posts
- Create simple graphics using Canva
- Repurpose blog content into social media content
- Maintain consistent branding and posting schedules
- Help organize content calendars and marketing assets

3. Website & CRM Support
- Update website content inside Lofty CRM
- Upload and optimize website images
- Support Google Business Profile optimization
- Maintain website pages and content organization

4. Administrative Support
- Organize files and marketing assets in Google Drive
- Help build SOPs and workflows
- Attend weekly Zoo ---------- etings
- Proactively identify improvements and new ideas

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SEO, blog writing, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
- Experience with Canva and social media management
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and work independently
- Proactive and willing to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with Lofty CRM is a plus but not required
