We’re a fast-growing skincare/spa business looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented digital marketer to support our digital marketing/editing/content creation, graphics design, web design and day-to-day website operation.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Website & Tech Tasks

*Design, Update and manage website with word press or Squarespace system
*Basic web design using Elementor, Divi, or similar
*Perform regular site checks and SEO optimizations (meta tags, image alt text, etc.)

?? Content Creation:
*Write SEO-optimized blog posts, product descriptions, and email newsletters
*Plan and draft content that educates and inspires our skincare-loving audience
*Use keyword research to guide content strategy

???? Social Media Management:
*Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Trends and more
*Stay ahead of algorithm updates and boost organic reach/ads manager
*Help with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok) using Canva or CapCut
*Engage with followers and build a loyal online community

???? SEO, MPO & Digital Marketing:
*Optimize web and blog content
*Track site performance via Google Analytics & Search Console
*Create monthly reports/update and suggest improvements

???? Email Marketing:
*Design & send newsletters via Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or Squarespace
*Segment lists and create basic automations (welcome flows, cart recovery, etc.)

???? Admin Support:
Organize digital files (Google Drive)
Assist with competitor research and market trends
Use tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana to stay on track

? You’re Perfect If You Have:
???? Excellent English (spoken and written)
???? 2+ years as a VA or in a digital marketing/content creator role
???? Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, Canva, SEO tools, and social media platforms
???? Strong understanding of content marketing, algorithms, and email campaigns
???? A proactive mindset and a love for skincare, beauty, and wellness

???? Bonus Points If You:
Know basic HTML/CSS
Have experience in the skincare or beauty industry
Can do light video editing
Understand influencer marketing
