Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

Job Description:

Core Systems is seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to support one of our growing clients in the home improvement industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving brand growth, lead generation, and digital engagement.
This is a full-time remote opportunity with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities:
-Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns
-Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and recommend optimizations
-Develop strategies to increase web traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation
-Manage digital advertising including SEO/SEM, social media, and display campaigns
-Create and manage email marketing and customer communication campaigns
-Optimize website and social media platforms for SEO performance
-Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for digital projects
-Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies
-Support overall digital growth initiatives for home improvement campaigns

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
-3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
-Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation
-Experience managing paid digital media campaigns
-Knowledge of website analytics, social media metrics, and best practices
-Basic to advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred
-Experience with video and image editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
-Excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
-Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
-Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace required
