Digital Marketing | General Virtual Assistant

We’re hiring a reliable and proactive Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support content creation, email marketing, paid ads, research, and admin tasks. You’ll work directly with the founder of a US-based digital marketing agency that helps ecommerce and service businesses grow through Meta and Google Ads, email campaigns, content, and website optimization. This is a long-term, full-time remote role (40 hours/week) with growth potential for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn more about digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:
• Create marketing ads or content in Canva
• Post on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Help build email campaigns
• Research competitors & content ideas
• Update websites (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress)
• Support with landing pages, funnels & admin tasks

Bonus if you have experience with:
ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Klaviyo, Shopify, Webflow, content writing, SEO, or short-form video editing.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong written English
• Organized & reliable
• Problem-solver, not afraid to ask questions
• Comfortable working with some overlap during California (PST) hours
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week)
