We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to manage our paid advertising campaigns across META (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will be focused on maximizing our return on ad spend through optimization and testing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on META and Google to drive new customer acquisition, engagement, and sales
Create and manage ad sets, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and other components of META and Google campaigns
Perform ongoing campaign optimization through A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, placements, etc.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to improve ROI by refining targeting, bids, budgets, and creative
Build out comprehensive conversion tracking and reporting to measure true campaign ROI
Stay up-to-date on new features, formats, and best practices for paid social and search campaigns
Requirements:
3+ years experience managing paid advertising campaigns on META and Google
Expert knowledge of META Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Google Ads interfaces
Experience with META conversion tracking and Google Analytics implementation
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Achieved demonstrated results in improving campaign performance and ROI
