Texas Estate Construction is a high-end residential remodeling and construction company based in Houston, Texas. We specialize in luxury home renovations, outdoor living spaces, and full-scale property transformations.

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Automation Manager to manage and optimize our lead generation systems using GoHighLevel, funnels, paid advertising, and AI automation.

This role is responsible for turning online traffic into qualified homeowner consultations.

Responsibilities
Funnel Development & Optimization

Build and optimize lead funnels inside GoHighLevel

Create landing pages, lead forms, and appointment booking systems

Improve conversion rates for paid advertising campaigns

Implement tracking for leads and conversions

CRM & Marketing Automation

Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM

Build automated workflows for follow-up sequences

Configure email, SMS, and AI conversation responses

Ensure all incoming leads are tracked and nurtured

Conversation AI & Lead Handling

Set up and optimize AI chat and automated response systems

Manage automated text and email responses to new leads

Ensure quick response times to increase appointment bookings

Improve AI prompts and conversation flows

Paid Advertising Management

Manage and optimize campaigns for:


Facebook
& Instagram Ads

Create and manage lead generation campaigns

Develop ad creatives and copy

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions

Google Ads

Set up search campaigns targeting high-intent homeowners

Manage keyword targeting and ad groups

Optimize campaigns to lower cost per lead

Performance Tracking

Monitor lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion rates

Provide regular performance reports

Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI

Applicants must have experience with:

GoHighLevel CRM and funnels

Funnel building and landing page optimization

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management

Google Ads management

Marketing automation workflows

AI conversation tools and chatbot configuration
