Remote Digital Marketing Assistant for UK Linen Hire & Cleaning Business
We are a Manchester-based linen hire and cleaning company supporting Airbnb hosts, serviced accommodation operators, landlords and property management companies.
We are looking for an experienced remote digital marketing assistant to help increase our online visibility, improve our local search presence, build social proof through reviews, and create strong content that clearly explains the value of our service.
This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who understands how to market a local service business online.
Main responsibilities:
* Create and schedule social media content for Instagram,
* Help improve our Google Business Profile visibility
* Create content from client reviews and testimonials
* Build a review request and follow-up process
* Turn service photos, before/after images and behind-the-scenes content into posts
* Research competitors and content ideas
* Suggest SEO keywords for our website and Google profile
* Create simple graphics in Canva
* Write captions that speak to Airbnb hosts, serviced accommodation operators and property managers
* Track enquiries, reviews, engagement and visibility
* Provide a weekly report
Experience required:
* Social media content creation
* Local SEO or Google Business Profile experience
* Canva
* Strong written English
* Experience marketing a service business
* Ability to follow brand guidelines and templates
* Good attention to detail
Experience in property, hospitality, cleaning, Airbnb, serviced accommodation, real estate or local service businesses would be a strong advantage.
