This is an opportunity for someone who wants to become a key leader inside a growing agency environment. You'll work directly with U.S.-based clients and collaborate with specialists across paid advertising, SEO, websites, automation, content, email marketing, and CRM systems.

What You'll Do
Client Success & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Lead client meetings and strategy discussions
Build strong relationships with business owners and marketing teams
Understand client goals and proactively recommend solutions
Communicate project updates, timelines, and next steps
Ensure clients receive an exceptional experience
Project Management
Coordinate work across multiple departments
Manage project timelines and priorities
Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
Follow up with internal teams to keep projects moving forward
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems
Marketing Execution

When needed, you'll be expected to roll up your sleeves and help move projects forward.

This may include:

Creating or optimizing Meta advertising campaigns
Writing email marketing campaigns
Reviewing websites and landing pages
Auditing customer journeys and lead funnels
Building workflows inside CRM platforms
Assisting with social media marketing initiatives
Creating campaign briefs and marketing strategies
Reviewing analytics and performance reports
Identifying opportunities for improvement
Strategic Thinking
Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities
Make recommendations based on data
Help clients prioritize initiatives
Think like a business owner, not just a task manager
Required Experience
Must Have
3+ years of digital marketing experience
Experience managing client relationships
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Experience leading meetings and presenting recommendations
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience working remotely
Strongly Preferred

Meta Ads experience
