The ideal candidate has experience in creating compelling artwork that resonates with online communities, possesses a strong sense of humor, and can adapt their style to fit different themes. Ability to adjust shading style, cel shaded, gradient shading, etc.

Demonstrated expertise in digital illustration
Strong storytelling skills through visual art
Proficient in digital art software such as Adobe Illustrator, Procreate
Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
Excellent communication abilities
Must have own software
