About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Producer with a background in Cinematography and Visual Storytelling to join our team as a Remote Visual Consultant.

Your mission is to elevate the production value of our creators' content. You won't be physically behind the camera; instead, you will act as a "Virtual Director," guiding creators through the technical and aesthetic setup of their shoots to ensure a premium, cinematic output.

Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Set Direction: Conduct remote audits of creator environments to optimize lighting, background composition, and "brand vibe."

Cinematography Coaching: Direct creators on camera angles, focal lengths, and framing techniques that enhance visual appeal and storytelling.

Lighting Design: Design remote lighting plots (utilizing professional gear or available light) to create depth, mood, and high-quality skin tones.

Technical Quality Control: Establish and enforce standards for resolution, bitrates, and color profiles (S-Log, HLGs, etc.) to ensure 4K-quality delivery.

Pre-Production Planning: Create "visual bibles" or mood boards for specific shoots (e.g., academic/preppy aesthetic vs. high-fashion).

Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of lighting ratios, color science, and mobile/mirrorless camera settings.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical creators in a clear, patient, and actionable way.
